Serva is committed to sourcing and interviewing the most exceptional and qualified security candidates. Our rigorous process begins with screening initial applicants and conducting thorough video interviews. From this pool, we carefully select a handful of highly qualified candidates to invite for in-person interviews. We invite school leadership to participate in this final stage if they desire to ensure that the chosen candidate aligns seamlessly with the school's professional and cultural ethos.
